What matters most to you?

Drag the list into your order. First counts the most. Switch off anything that does not matter to you.

  1. 1PriceWhat it costs to buy. We use the middle of the price guide. Cheaper scores higher.
  2. 2BedroomsHow many bedrooms. More scores higher.
  3. 3Floor areaHow big it is inside, in square metres. If the listing does not say, we estimate and tell you.
  4. 4Distance to a place that mattersHow close it is to the place you name, in a straight line. Closer scores higher.
  5. 5Car parkingHow many car spaces come with it. More scores higher.
  6. 6Ongoing feesThe fees you pay every quarter for the building's shared costs. Lower scores higher. Only shown where a listing gives a figure.
  7. ·BathroomsHow many bathrooms. More scores higher.
  8. ·Outdoor spaceWhether it has a balcony, terrace or courtyard of its own.
  9. ·StorageWhether it comes with a storage cage or storage room.

After your result

Photos, floorplans, documents and your own rating

Once the ranking is up you can ask us to look at each listing's floorplan for real sizes, check the photos for the things it must have, note anything worth asking the agent about, upload a Section 32 for the real fees, and give each home hearts for the look. We ask after the result so you only answer questions that change it.
